I've had the older Samsung watch in the past and now I have the Active 2. I've had this issue on both watches like it's a virus. I read through the comments back in 2022 and it says it's resolved, but I still have that problem! When I first started using the Active2, I was so excited to see no voicemail notifications. Then there was an update, low and behold it came back. I wanted to chuck my watch, but I didn't. So frustrating.
I've had the Active2 for awhile now and I don't use mobile network, just Bluetooth.
