I suggest staying away from the watch ultra. It is a great watch software and battery wise. Less than a month of ownership the orange button fell out. Upon sending for warranty I was told it was "physical damage". Samsung quoted something like 107 to repair but the quote from the repair place was literally double the price at just over $200. Upon calling Samsung I was told they would review the case and would get back with in 3 to 7 business days that was 3 business weeks ago. So that's woe to Samsung and they lose a loyal customer when I upgrade phones. Been a dedicated customer since the Samsung A900. But no longer. Will also take to bbb and FTC

Galaxy WatchHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is for the button of the watch to fall out.
The community operates on a peer-to-peer support model. While our members offer valuable insights and assistance, certain inquiries are best supported by a Samsung directly.
You would need to work with Samsung customer support to resolve the matter. They can be reached by calling 1-800-726-7864.
