Has anyone had issues with their watch ultra getting stuck in a boot loop? Had the watch for 1 day and it randomly rebooted and then started the cycle for 30 minutes, then again today did it for an hour till it died, if you keep thr screen on it won't restart, watch has nothing installed other than what comes on it and tried doing the reboot method a few times

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand the frustration of having your Watch Ultra be stuck in a boot loop. Apps you download and install onto the watch can cause the watch to get stuck in a boot loop or not boot past the logo screen. Rebooting it should fix the problem, but you will need to uninstall any apps that were installed before the issue occurred. If the watch is connected to a phone, you must clear the data for the Galaxy Wearable app. If the problem continues, inspect the watch and charger for damage, and factory reset the watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003223/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the watch will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the watch to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the watch in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
