The last update for any of the watch 7 models was released August 1. The final beta for UI 6 on the 4/5/6 models was about a week ago. I'd think after it proves stable it will be released live and the updates that have been tested in that beta will be incorporated into a watch 7 update around that time. So maybe the end of this month? Hope so.
