Watch won't copy update

Can someone help me with this.

I have the brand new watch 7 so idk why it's acting like this. 😕

Which phone are you using? Are you trying to update from the Wearable app or directly from the watch?

I've tried both, and none work.

@NateBake29 Do you have Wifi enabled on the watch?

Can you post a screenshot of the error? 

To get a screenshot on the watch, click both buttons simultaneously.

OK, so I tried the update. wifi was on and connected. I had to blur the sensitive information, but that's what it looks like.

Have you tried powering your watch on and off? That might clear a glitch or two.

@NateBake29 Just FYI, there is nothing sensitive in those screens that needed blurred. The info you blurred is a Samsung URL and the other is just the version information for the firmware on you watch. None of it is personal. 

I would try wiping the device cache on your phone.

Just out of curiosity, what's the alamo-looking symbol beside the Bluetooth symbol? I've never seen that one.
