Galaxy WatchHi NateBake29, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the update not copying to the watch.
Are you running a Mode or Routine from your phone? Try turning that off.
Also try clearing the cache of the Wearables app and plug-in. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/ Then try updating the watch.
