Why cant I join the beta?

It will let me see the page, and I have a galaxy watch 4 (no lte,) but the link to the join the beta test is broken! If you can help, thanks.

Try downloading the gear manager update down further on the Beta page. Meaning Wearable app update.

I already tried it says I have to sign up for the beta before being able to download it

I seem to have read a beta thread that said the beta was over and would not accept any new participants. Also, the beta was only open to Watch 4, 5, and 6 BT only participants. No LTE watches. I had tried to join the beta with my Watch4 LTE, but I was told the watch was ineligible to participate.

Lte is what it uses to connect to cell service. (4g LTE)
