Galaxy WatchI have a new 44mm Galaxy Watch 4 and I can not get the wrist wake-up feature to enable.
It will work 1 day and then it will become disabled and the option is grayed out so I am unable to turn it back on unless I do a reset of my watch.
Is this a simple fix or will I have to send my watch back that is only 1 month old?

Galaxy WatchI did do a factory reset and that solved the problem. Until it happened again. I figured it out.
My phone would go into Power Saver mode and that seem to prevent the wrist wake up. I changed some settings to ensure Power Saver wasn't activated and no issue sense.

Galaxy WatchHello, I understand how frustrating this is. Is this something that has just started or has the issue been present from the date of purchase? Are you doing a complete factory reset or just powering the watch off and then back on? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
