downgrade watch update?

Can I downgrade to the update before this most recent one??? i didn't realize the update was so new and by time i realized, it was already installing. 

Raise to wake and screen tap keep turning off by itself and sometimes I don't even get notified of stuff unless i manually look at my notifications on the notification tab. I can no longer see the "last charged x ago" also. 

i think there's other stuff but I can't think of it right now. 

i just really hate this update and the watch feels useless when it isn't doing what it's supposed to do.

I don't think I'm wrong, but I'm open for correction if I am, you can't downgrade an operating system update.

@mgnrwn Sorry but you can not go back to a previous version of the firmware.

This upgrade sucks! No notifications, battery lasts about 10 hours on 100% charge with most things off or disabled. My smart watch is now dumb! I can't even sleep through the night without waking up to charge it at least once during the night. That said, the whole sleep monitoring is now useless!!!

I'm getting about the same battery life as before, maybe a couple hours less but nothing that drastic

Was just forced to do the newest update on my Galaxy Watch 4. Now it freezes, sluggish and turns off on its own. ATTENTION! DO NOT UPDATE YOUR GALAXY WATCH 4. This watch has been my trusty companion since 2021. Thanks a lot Samsung.  I'm going back to Garmin.
