I bought a new galaxy6 at att..so from day one it would not pair to s24 ..so the other day I get on my accountand suspend the watch line and it suspended my phone service why? And the app has been showing my watch icon as a s24..the other problem is when I get on my message app a red dot comes on over the video icon in status bar and stays on till I get off message app
Your phone and watch probably had number share and AT&T made a mistake when you suspended the watch line. You would have to take it up with them. Most likely they also made an error in linking the two which is why it never paired properly.
