2kmobile not working on my A14 and why

So I was able to play 2kmobile on my old Motorola stylus but now that I have went to a new carrier my A14 will not play the game. It will install and everything but the first screen will load and before the next screen loads it shuts down and goes back to the launcher menu

This seems to be an app related issue. Have you reached out the developers yet? They will likely be able to provide helpful information regarding this glitch and can tell you if the game is compatible with your new device.

I have but there response was something general like sorry blah blah blah and we are looking into the issue stay tuned for more updates blah blah

Nothing helpful and I am not the only one either so it's not just my phone..it's all phones like mine. At first the app did have a problem being compatible with this device and then it was supposedly fixed but isnt

The app is currently being worked on, it looks like. On my A14, on Google Play Store shows that it crashes on the device.
