Ok so like I downloaded nba2k20 right and I was going to play it but when it load it was saying tap to play I was taping and it was not working I've play this game before and this has not happened and I just got this phone galaxy a13 so can somebody please tell me what to do.

Sometimes you need completely cleansed hands. The oils & some residues have a tendency to not pick up on the contacts. Also if you've been on it for a long duration it will also cause things in it's motor skills to be a little delayed. The memory load glitches in some forms so I have been told. Solution for me is to back out after the download and re- enter to the game giving it kinda like a reboot of some sort.
