Been playing for years. Now they throw an ad at you in the MIDDLE of the game! Forget it, I'll move on.

I play Wordle and have never seen an ad. I think that you have some malware 3rd party app installed which is popping the ad. You will need to identify and remove that app.

Through your browser?
