Accessing Netflix On TV

Can’t access  Netflix. The Netflix programs loads fine.  I can access the screen where I select my personal profile, but when I click on it nothing happens.  Can’t move to another profile either.  Frozen at that spot.

However, if these steps do not resolve the issue, and other apps are working normally, I recommend reaching out to Netflix for further support with the app itself.
