I have a:

SAMSUNG T.V
MODLE #: LN32D403E2DXZA
VER: CS503

I use as a computer monitor.  in HDMI mode?  I get this annoying icon " Series 4, Wide Color Enhancer, ConnectShare, HDMIx2 " on the top Left of my screen.

How do I get rid of it. it's very annoying because I keep having to move my Browse around it, to access my browser.

I did update firmware, which didn't help.

Please someone help end this Madness!

Why on earth would they even do this?

Thanks in advance

Nelson

I'm sorry to hear that it seems like your TV may be in store mode you should be able to use the steps below to take it out:

  1. Navigate to General settings.

Navigate to and open Settings, and then select General.

  2. Navigate to Usage Mode settings.

Select System Manager, and select Usage Mode.

  3. Set the mode to Home mode.

If required, enter a PIN. It is usually 0000. Then, select Home mode.
