Internet Browser App Disappeared

I have a Series 55 TV (Model UN55MU7000FXZA) and all of a sudden, the Internet Browser App disappeared and all my other saved apps also disappeared.  I tried the TV hard reset, but that did not work.  I know how to re-add the other various apps, but cannot figure out how to restore the Internet app. How do I restore the Internet Browser app?

If that doesn't resolve the issue then the unit will require service. You can use the following link to locate a service center in your area that can do the repair.
