Scanning dtv channels and won't go higher then 65 channels how do I fix

I just purchased QN55QN90BAFXZA. When I try to auto program the channels it just gets stuck at 0%. The only way I can get out of this is by turning the tv off and then back on. I was able to use my antenna no problem with my previous tv. I have also tested it on others and it works just fine. Any suggestions, or do I have a faulty tv out of the box?
