My secondary tv is an old 32inch LCD HD and it has some type of white bubble on a part of the screen (you can only really see it if you watch it from the sides) additionally to small vertical rainbow lines (but that are not that disturbing). Can I know if it's fixable or at least know why it happened?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your TV having this issue. If this is occurring on all sources this will require service. As for the direct cause of the issue, it would be hard to speculate without having a technician look at this. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of options for service.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

Anything is fixable but likely not worth the cost to fix versus replace. Try master resetting your tv and switching your cables. If that doesn't work than it needs to be fixed or replaced unfortunately
