I’m currently using a 77” S95C paired with a Q700C soundbar. One issue has been bothering me for quite a while that is the audio cuts out when the soundbar is set to eARC mode. The cut outs may happen randomly and lasts 2-3 seconds (of audio silence). I don’t think the eARC connection dropped as the TV’s sound output remains the same through the process. I have tried many HDMI 2.1 cables that work perfectly fine with my PS5 (4k 120 HZ VRR and everything enabled) so I don’t think the cable is the issue here.
When I turn off eARC mode and just use ARC mode, no cut outs whatsoever. I’m thinking this may be a firmware issue with the TV or soundbar, both using the latest FW version.

Home TheaterSorry but the steps you provided I’ve already tried. I’ve even gone as far as unplugging the TV along with my soundbar together for five minutes and attempted to plug things back after that.
Resetting my soundbar, done it multiple times.
The issue persists and I’m forced to use ARC mode for now.
