Home TheaterHave a 10 yr old Samsung 680 plasma tv (PN50C). Have a new Aluratek bluetooth transmitter connected to tv. When trying to pair new Bose wireless headphones to tv and get to the stage of headphones telling me "Ready to Connect", nothing happens, nothing shows up on tv. Keep hearing that I need to get into the tv's Sound settings and choose "Multi-output" but there is no "multi-output" in this tv's Sound settings. Is this tv just too old to use wireless headphones even with a bluetooth transmitter?

Home Theater
Sounds like it . It's more dies the tv have Bluetooth capabilities & dies it have rcv connections to plug ur transmitter into & then sound setting that closely resembles allowing a outside sound source to transfer audio to TV even if it doesn't say exactly multi output
