HW-Q950T Sounds stutters

Hi I've recently purchased the HW-Q950T,  i'm getting sound stutters I.E where the sound stops for a split second.   This is happening with anything i plug into the bar via HDMI,  i've even purchased new 4k cables but it hasn't made any difference, any ideas?

I understand that these steps say subwoofer but humor me and give them a try https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109876/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
