Home TheaterLooked up troubleshooting and it says it may need because air space and it’s on top table. Inside fan is working. Does not let me go to menu to reset, it shuts off right away. Power is cord is fine

Home TheaterHi there! Out of curiosity, are you seeing any dust buildup anywhere on the device? Have you tried removing and reinserting all the cables? Those are two other very common causes for the "Protect" message to show up. Lastly so we can get a little more specific with the troubleshooting, could you provide the model of your home theater?

Thank you for responding!
I have model number HT-F9730W
Yes, I unplugged all wires and tried to to restart but it still goes into protection.
No, there is no dust build up, I air sprayed it to try and it still says protection.
Also, I got in contact with Samsung trouble shooting to send home theater in to get fixed and have not recieved ticket
