Hello all,

I recently purchased a BenQ HT2050A projector. I am trying to use it with my Roku Ultra, HW-Q60T soundbar and SWA-8500S rear speakers. Currently I have the Roku Ultra plugged in to video input on the soundbar and then passthrough to the projector. Everything works fine but unfortunately there is no sound coming from rear speakers. They were already previously paired so I know they work and are connected. Is this kind of system limitation or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

Turn surround mode on. Go to soundbar setting navigate till you find rear audio lvl raise it to max. Could also check make sure your setting I. Roku are set for soundbar support. And make sure you use a compatible hdmi cable

I found the solution. I had to go in to Roku audio settings and change audio output to passthrough mode. Strange, but so relieved I found a fix.
