Q symphony losing connection between tv & q990d soundbar. Router is set to 2.4ghz only, 5ghz disabled. Going into router settings, both the tv & soundbar are connected to the 2.4ghz however they refuse to work together roughly twice a week. The only cure is to power off and on the tv & soundbar which isn’t ideal, they both then reconnect automatically. Read elsewhere that choosing a low channel on the router is a cure, done that, it hasn’t helped. Is there a cure for this? My previous soundbar was a q800c, it worked everytime no issues. Upgraded to q990d, constant connection problems. Tv & soundbar & router have all be fully reset, previous soundbar deleted & all software updated.
Also, on the SmartThings app, it used to show q symphony when in use using wifi, now it doesn't show q symphony on the app, only on the tv volume which is wierd

Home Theater- I used WiFi 5Ghz, channel 48.As it was frequently disconnecting, i connected the tv with the unit using the HDMI cable provided with the Q990D, e-ARC to e-ARC and i left the other 2 HDMI ports of Q990D free as in other forums they reported interference issues among these ports.. From that point I never lost connection again.See photo below on how it looks like on my S95B tv set.
