Per the recommendation of the Samsung rep, I bought the SWA-9500 rear speakers. I tried to pair them to my Samsung Soundbar HW-Q6CC/ZA, and it will not pair. The speakers just keep blinking blue. I tried unplugging everything and starting over, did not work. The speakers are like 15-20 feet away when trying to pair. I bought the sound bar from SAM'S CLUB and it does say the sound bar can be paired with more speakers. But does not say which rear speakers are made for that one and evidently even Samsung people don't know. I cannot seem to find any speakers that say made for that series. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! My apologies unfortunately those are not compatible with the soundbar, from the spec sheet here: LINK only the SWA-9200S are compatible. I would recommend taking them back for an exchange. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
