I have a HW-Q800B and a PS-WB75B. The HW-Q800B manual specifically says these are compatible. I am currently sitting on a large paperweight with the PS-WB75B. They are not pairing. Why, Samsung?Screenshot 2024-07-16 072958.png

As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

Hi there, Thanks so much for reaching out about this. Are you getting any type of errors when trying to pair? Also, just to verify, have you followed the steps in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00049235/

I'm not getting any errors. The subwoofer continuously blinks blue. Nothing changes what the exception of when I hold the reset button.

I have followed the instructions in the manual and the near identical instructions on the link provided.
