Soundbar does not power on when starting tv

I have a HW M360 M-series soundbar bought in 2019 and a 2020 qled 060 TV and for some reason the soundbar won’t work with power link to the new tv, it worked with the old tv but now it’s not responding I’ve checked that powerlink is on and the soundbar is set to D.IN but it still won’t power on when I turn on the TV

I can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110004/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
