Home TheaterI have an older soundbar that has worked great. I have been using it with my laptop at work for speakers. I had to disconnect it from my laptop and when I connected it back and turned it on it will not connect. All it does is stay "ON" the display. I've tried holding in the volume up/down and nothing. I tried holding the power button in and nothing. The remote will turn it on but will not turn it off. I have to unplug it to turn it off. Any ideas other than trash it and buy another one?

Home TheaterHello! Thank you for reaching out! Can you attempt the factory reset on the soundbar? Please try the following:
Turn on the soundbar.
Press and hold the "Vol Up" and "Vol Down" buttons on the soundbar (not the remote) for about 5-10 seconds until you see "INIT" or "INIT OK" on the display.
The soundbar should power off and restart.
Reconnect it to your laptop and test.
