Make sure the SmartThings app has all permissions granted (time, location, etc.). Make sure your downtime is turned off, as it won't work if it's during downtime. If all that is good, the next culprit would be your router. Sometimes, routers disconnect devices during off-peak times that it dictates don't need a constant connection or bandwidth. If it's not connected during the time you want it to go on a cleaning cycle, it will not run. You can log into your router settings, click on the item, and make sure that it's set as a prioritized item. This can vary depending on your router's make and model, but most routers have an easy-to-use app where you should be able to see all connected devices. Simply click on the device and set it as a priority.
