Bespoke Free Panels Offer -Ho Do I Submit My Request?

I purchased a Bespoke Refrigerator. I was told that once purchased I would just have to login to Samsung.com and fill out a form with the registration, etc.  Needless to say, I cannot find this offer anywhere.  

I also purchased an indusction range and was offered a free 4 piece set of pots and pans. I found that offer and submitted.  Where is the link for the Bespoke offer?  Please help, thanks.
