Kitchen and Family HubReference [1148154463]: I purchased the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo about one week ago. While the unit's capabilities are fine, there is nowhere to acquire the consumable parts, specifically: replacement vacuum bag, replacement mop pads, replacement filter, replacement side brush. All of these items will need to be changed at some point, likely as soon as one month for the vacuum bag. I have checked with samsungparts.com; amazon; samsung.com; and several other online parts stores. I have been on with multiple customer service reps, either via chat or by phone - none have been able to locate or identify the parts. My most recent conversations have become quite contentious with Samsung Customer Service as there is no way I will pay $1700 for a vacuum that will only be useful for a month then cease to work because I can't replace the consumable parts. I really want to avoid the credit card dispute process (Samsung won't accept the return without charging me a restocking fee). Anybody have any suggestions here?
