Looking for an answer.  Took delivery of a Samsung Bespoke Induction Range, M/N NSI6DG9500MTAA the day after Thanksgiving.  Plugged it in, turned on power, touched "Oven" button, and got "WELCOME" message.  Hit "OK" seven times to scroll through all the "features" to get to the oven part of the program.  You know, Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, etc.  Fiddled with range controls and left it alone.  Both menus fade after 5 minutes.  Touched "Oven" button again and received "WELCOME" message.  Again.  Pressed "OK" seven more times.  It is now three days later and the "WELCOME" message has to be scrolled through (seven times) every time I want to use the oven.  Today I called Customer "Support", Customer "Service", Technical "Support", and Various other repair numbers that I was given beginning at 10:26 AM EST.  Meanwhile, I was also invited to "CHAT" at the same time.  The "AI" transferred me to a "Human" multiple times until I was (and am) unsure as to just who is in control.  I finally talked to a pleasant gentleman in NJ who put me on hold (of course) to chat with Technical "Support".  They told him that this was a "feature".  How would you like to have to start your car seven times before being able to drive away?  A search of the InterWebs shows this issue is not unique to me, but Factory Reset, Power on and off (it is a computer, I know), and the best one - turn oven on, open door, close door, turn oven off, then finally turn oven on again - hasn't worked for me.  I should try closing my eyes and tapping my heels together and recite, There's no place like home, there's no place like home...".  Anyone out there have a solution?

Mine finally went away after using the oven 2 or 3 times. You will find several odd things to hate. One of mine is inconsistent temperature. Set to 350. It will say it is 350, but it isn't. Do invest in an oven thermometer. Sometimes, it takes a few minutes longer to actually reach temperature. Other times, it is spot on. The higher the temperature, the greater the chance it isn't what it says when the beep goes off.
