I've had my samsung bespoke beverage center refrigerator for a year now. The freezer started to freeze over. I called and scheduled a service, was told everything is fine and I ordered a counterfeit water filter, which had been in the refrigerator for almost six months with no issues. I was informed to buy a new one and that would fix the problem. That wasn't the problem. I had to call and have a second service order placed. They come out today and spent 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out the problem. What the tech come up with is, we are using the freezer to much. Told us we could only open it every hour. Is this true?
