Bespoke panels availability

I bought my bespoke 3 door over a month ago. I got an offer for a free set of 2nd panels, but the color I want is never in stock. There are at least 4 colors that have been unavailable for over a month. No one seems to have any idea when or if the panels will be back in stock. These panels are easily obtained outside of Samsung, including from Samsung's own parts partner. It's a bit disingenuous to sell me a refrigerator in a color I don't want with the empty promise of new panels I may never have the chance to order. Samsung needs to do better here.

As a follow up to my own post, 9 have just found out that Samsung has discontinued the panels in the color I want. Navy Steel has been discontinued.

We bought our Bespoke 4-Door Flex at the end of June from Lowe's, and it took them 4 months to get us our code. We didn't go ahead and buy the Navy Glass because we had a code for the free panels from Samsung. We were told our refrigerator would come with the color we wanted (it didn't), and now we can't find the Navy Glass anywhere! I agree with the above poster - this is very disingenuous to sell something with panels we don't want with the promise to receive the ones that we do want!

I am wondering who Samsung's parts partner is. I'd like to check them out.

They are still offering Navy in stores. There are a few parts partners, but they won't take the code for free panels, and they are much more expensive

I've been Googling and everything is coming up as Not Available - and I live in Texas! There should be some available around here, but I haven't been able to find the Navy Glass.

I'm in Texas too. I've had 4 panels shipped to me, all but 1 came damaged. BTW it's Navy Steel, there is no navy glass. Try samsungparts(dot)com. I have the 3 door, so I don't know about 4 door availability

This whole promotion was a joke. The incentive for the additional panels was good, purchased a 29" 4 door (not cheap). Received a code that had already been used and never was able to get the additional panels. After going back and forth to try and resolve, they basically just ghosted me. Horrible promotion, do better next time.
