Blocked the message center number and can't unblock it.

Anyone have any idea how to unblock itop

Open phone app, tap the 3 dots, tap settings,tap blocked numbers, find the blocked number, tap - icon to remove the block or open contacts app
, select the contact, select more, tap to unblock. I never blocked a contact, many unknown callers though.

Thank you. Apparently, the cause of my problem wasn't a blocked number like I thought. I was able to figure out my problem and fixed it.
