Chef Collection Fridge rf34h9950s4 freezer won't go below 13°

I cannot seem to get the freezer temp to go below 13°.  I did a self test and it didn't report any errors.  I also set the setpoint lower to -8° and the temp didn't change.  I can change the fridge or flex zone temp with no issues.  Thanks

Hey, give this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001027/ If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

I found out something additional. If I restart the fridge the temperature for the freezer displays the setpoint temperature indicating that the freezer MAY be at the desired temp even though displaying incorrectly. After restarting, the temperature display is increasing by 1° about every 10 minutes until it gets back to 13°.
