Dishwasher Waterwall will not stop moving

As soon as you power the dishwasher on, the waterwall begins moving.  It continuously moves as soon as it's powered on and doesn't stop until it's turned off.  It even moves in the drying cycle.

Any suggestions on cause and/or fix?

Hey there! I can totally understand how frustrating this is and am happy to help! I suggest making sure the reflector itself is installed correctly and resetting the dishwasher. If neither of those solve the issue, the dishwasher will need service.
