Kitchen and Family HubHave had the refrigerator since April, since then, the family hub has shut off twice. Both times,we have had to pull refrigerator out,unplug it,wait a few minutes, plug back in,and family hub starts up again. Anyone else run into this problem?

Kitchen and Family HubHi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly understand the concern with your Family Hub shutting off like that. Is it possible the refrigerator is accidentally being put into Sabbath mode? This link can walk you through how to check:

Sometimes power outages and surges can cause the Family Hub to freeze or shut down. Have there been any similar occurrences around the times it shut down? Lastly, could you please provide the full model number for your refrigerator so that we may look into this further. Also, any additional details about the symptoms you're experiencing would be appreciated.
