My other post was deleted because it spoke to truth about my defective refrigerator, and Samsung didnā€™t like that! Soā€¦.. after calling/texting non-stop to customer support for the past couple of days trying to get them to resolve the issues with my refrigerator that I purchased 5 years ago from Home Depot but constantly being told that itā€™s past the 1 year warranty because it was manufactured in 2014. Wait a minute so you mean to tell me that it goes by the manufacturer date not by when you purchased it??? I understand either way that itā€™s still past the warranty date but one would expect a refrigerator to last longer than 5 years, and not have your food spoil multiple times because the temperature just decides to change. Iā€™m sorry but that sounds like a defective product to me, and it should be fixed by Samsung! Plus donā€™t forget about the loud noise that itā€™s making, and the ice maker keeps freezing up even after it was so called ā€œfixedā€ 3 years ago! Iā€™ve had it with Samsung!

Your other post was most likely deleted because this is a peer to peer help site, not a Samsung complaint line, and users cannot help you with this issue. NO company is going to fix anything past the warranty period. These issues can happen with any brand, and other brands will give you the exact same response. You want to give Samsung a negative review, go to a review site. You want to lodge an official complaint, go to the BBB.

Also community guidelines state you cannot disparage Samsung in your posts.
