My Samsung Flex Duo Gas Convection Range's display lights are not turning on and sparks for the burners. Is there a fuse that be replaced? If yes what is the location of this fuse?

Hi there, I can certainly understand your concern with your range control panel not working, and the burners sparking. I have a couple links that may be able to help resolve these issues. The first link I'm providing has detailed information on what steps to take if the display panel is not working properly. The second link will take you to our guide on flame issues for cook tops and burners. It has step by step instructions on what to check if the burner is not igniting properly.

1. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110183/

2. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001946/#burner-does-not-ignite-and-other-ign...

If this does not help then this will require service. You have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
