Freezer Door Stuck and Side of Fridge Hot

I have 2 issues:

1- if I open the freezer, I can’t reopen it for at least 5 minutes. The freezer door is like suctioned shut.

anyone else have this?

2- suddenly the side of the fridge is really hot. Anyone with this issue?

What you are saying makes sense, except i have had this fridge for three years and this is the first time this has happened. And it is burn yourself hot.

Thank you for the response. I assumed that was the reason. It has just never happened with any other fridge I’ve ever had.
