Kitchen and Family HubWE have a refrigerator we purchased in 8/2021. Model # RF23R6201SR. We are now having issues with the items in the freezer being freezer burned. We have tried adjusting temperature but it does not help. Any suggestions?
Our ice maker also has always made cubes coated in crystals (like freezer burn).
Thanks.

Kitchen and Family HubAny item not wrapped properly and/or stored for too long will develop freezer burn. Freezer burn is caused by loss of moisture. I suggest investing in a vacuum sealer. I've had stuff in my freezer for years (embarrassingly) that have had no loss in quality or freezer burn in vacuum sealed bags. What do you mean by the ice looking freezer burned? Cloudy? No home ice maker makes crystal clear ice, for a variety of reasons, ranging from air bubbles in the water line, to not being cold enough, to quality of the water (yes, even with the filter)
