I had a new convertible refrigerator / freezer delivered today and it will not cool. The temperature is flashing at 82 degrees, and none of the control buttons work. The best they could offer me is to have a technician come out on Friday, which means that all of my food will be spoiled before then. I've tried turning off "shop mode" and unplugging for a while to reset it. So disappointing to buy a new appliance and have it not work straight out of the box! I'm hoping that someone here has a suggestion!
