Kitchen and Family HubHi there! I can definitely understand your concern with the issues you're experience with your freezer. First, I'm providing the following link to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty for this model: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/warranty/RS25J500DBC/AA.
Additionally, I have this link to our troubleshooting guide for the ice build up in your freezer: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109866/
However, the cracks in the freezer will require service. You can use this link to locate an authorized service center in your area: http://www.Samsung.com/us/support/service/location
