Fridge fan is running all the time. Never a quite moment. Is that normal?

Product: Samsung 15.6 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator with All-Around Cooling in Stainless Steel

Purchased on October 18,2024. Fridge's Model Code: RT16A6195SR/AA.

Issue:

Fridge fan is running all the time. Never a quite moment. Is that normal?

The temperature setting is set at 4 which is what the manual suggested as optimal setting. 

Any idea? Thanks

I'm not experienced, but it could be the ice-making machine.
