Kitchen and Family HubWe are having issues with our cubed ice not producing enough ice. On the Smartthings app, everything is fine except the cubed ice...it just shows its loading and/or connecting with a continuous line going across. Any suggestions or more info I can give?

Kitchen and Family HubHi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly understand the frustration with having these great features not working properly. To help you get the highest possible ice production, I'm providing the following link. It has detailed information on what steps to take to ensure you get the most ice.

However, to help with not being able to see the ice maker in the SmartThings app, I recommend reaching out to our dedicated SmartThings team directly. They will have the best tools and resources to help get your app working properly again. You can reach them by calling 1-866-813-2404.
