Kitchen and Family HubMy jet bot is not returning to the station to empty and charge. It seems to be searching for it and not finding it. Once it climbed on the station but did not go all the way up and then came off the station again just searching for it. It does that until the battery runs out and then dies a few feet away from the station. Any ideas how to fix that?

Hi there, I definitely understand the need to have this matter corrected as having a working vacuum is important to me as well. I would like to recommend you review these troubleshooting articles included below:

I located this article for further assistance with the charging concern as well- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003070/.
This final alternate article has information related directly to why it may not be returning to the station to dump the contents in the trash bin - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110503/ and has several steps you can explore as to why this may be occurring.
