Kitchen and Family HubHi; so I’m on my third jetbot Ai vacuum cleaner. Both the other two have had the same issue “leak detected in the clean station - contact customer services.” Best Samsung can do is say send it back but in both occasions the machine has only been 2 weeks old. Am I the only person getting this issue?
When I picked up the cleaning station a load of water poured out the bottom… water should only be in the machine, or the clean/dirty water tanks… god knows where the water is going to fill up the base unit and then just pour out the seal at the bottom.
cheers all
