I've had a MC17T8000CS over the range microwave for a while now. One thing that I've had trouble figuring out is how to do manual settings for the air fryer. For example: if I wanted to cook something at 325F for 15 minutes, as stated a recipe.
Right now it seems my only option is to search through all the presets and figure out which one is closest to what I want.
So is there a way to enter my own parameters and, if so, how?

According to page 34 of the user manual (linked below) the Slim Fry feature does only have 9 preset options available. Alternatively, you can use the Convection Bake feature, as described on page 51. The Convection Bake will function similar to an air fryer, and will allow you to enter any time and temperature.
