I've owned this range for 4 years. No problems so far, but lost all heat from oven and stove. Display is working fine. No error codes that I have seen. Unplugged and plugged back in 5 minutes later, no change. Suggestions are welcome.

I would suggest contacting Customer Support and scheduling a service call to diagnose the issue
